Running costs are estimates at today's volume of 35 to 50 orders a day. AI starts on a lower-cost model (OpenAI GPT-5.4 mini with the Decisions API). After launch we review the output and move to a more capable model only if needed. Maintenance is billed monthly from launch.
A small senior team. The project managers handle requirements, updates and documentation.
Code, data and accounts belong to CaterSquad. Any qualified team can maintain it.
AWS, Stripe, the AI provider, app stores and your domain are all in CaterSquad's name.
The repository, including the mobile app, is transferred with documentation and credentials.
Cards stay in Stripe's vault, and everyone has their own sign-in with access limited to their role.
